This Privacy Policy applies to the Spliti app (“Application”), developed by Sujeito Programador (“Developer”), available for mobile devices and offered under the Freemium model. It describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/18) and the App Store guidelines.
1. Information We Collect
To operate Viajei features, we may collect:
- Registration Data: name, email, profile picture (optional), and authentication provider (Apple, Google, or email/password).
- User Profile (optional): Phone number. - App usage data: Trips created/participated, expenses recorded (amounts, categories, and dates), invitations/trip codes, screen interactions, and settings.
- Technical and diagnostic data: Device model, operating system, language, time zone, approximate IP address, technical/advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS), crash and performance logs.
- Subscription transaction data (non-financial): Subscription status, transaction identifier, purchase/renewal/cancellation dates — provided by the App Store/RevenueCat. We do not receive card numbers or banking information.
We do not collect real-time location, official documents, or sensitive financial data.
2. How we use information
We use the data to:
- Perform the service: login, trip management, expense recording/editing, invitation codes, reports/statistics. - Premium Subscriptions: Enable/disable access to paid features and remove ads for subscribers.
- Advertising (AdMob): Display ads (see Section 3).
- Improvement and Security: Usage metrics, diagnostics, fraud/abuse prevention, support.
- Legal Obligations: Respond to requests and comply with regulatory requirements.
Legal Basis (LGPD): Performance of contract (service provision), legitimate interest (improvement/security/analytics), and consent (when applicable, e.g., ad personalization/tracking).
